By Mason Savage Recently on a trip to Southern California I got to play Rustic Canyon. Rustic Canyon is a golf course that opened in 2002 and was designed by Gil Hanse with consultation from Geoff Shackleford. This duo worked together to construct what I think might be one of the best public golf courses in the Los Angeles area.
